- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing fair and straightforward. I charge based on the work that needs to be done — no hidden fees, no surprises. If it’s a small fix, I won’t treat it like a big job. And if it’s a bigger project, I’ll walk you through the cost so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I like to start with a quick conversation —either over the phone or through messages. From there, I can either give you an estimate or come out and take a look in person. I don’t overcomplicate things just straight to the point and honest about what it’ll take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of what I know comes from years of doing the work with my own hands. I’ve been in the trades for a long time — plumbing, tile work, remodeling — you name it. I’ve worked alongside some great pros and learned a lot over the years.
