- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We feel our prices are the best around , not only because of the quality of work we do ; but with all that is already included in our price that we set for you . There will never be any hidden fees . Whatever specific cleaning you ask for we make sure you know the pricing upfront before we even start . To top it off we are licensed and bonded so you have no worries when you chose us .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with new clients it's always best to do a walk through of the property first . This way we get a feel for what is involved and they can get to know us . No one likes letting strangers into their home so no better way than asking questions about us and getting to See who your letting into your home . Also not only for just our new clients but older ones aswell if possible we ask for them to send pictures of the spaces that need to be cleaned . This is great for anyone who is short on time and can't do a walk through .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Together we have 30+ years of experience !! As I'll say again My aunt has always cleaned homes it's just what she does . Now she has worked with several employers all of which specialized in certain types of cleaning . Now bc of having so much knowledge of different types of properties whether its homes , new construction , apartment complexes and even down to hazardous clean . This gives us the ability to say YES we know what you need and we can handle it . I on the other hand have the knowledge from working with her but from my previous career in having to know what sanitary really means . There wasn't an inspection that was ever failed . And be neat and clean and organized is the only way I can function . So the two of us together nothing gets by us .
