Jay came out to inspect our concern, and he was very friendly and professional. Thankfully, he was able to confirm that what we had was not mold, which was a huge relief. He took the time to explain a lot about mold-what to look for, how it grows, and how to prevent it, and even gave us some helpful tips on what we can do around the house. Months after the completed mold remediation, I am both grateful and pleased that there’s not a whiff of mold and mildew odor we lived with for years. Jason was quick to reply to my request for services. He was able to come out the next day and test our air and give us results the next day. He also did the mold remediation at our home as soon as the demo was complete. We felt safe using his products since we have small children and pets. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process includes our FREE visual interior and exterior assessment of your property. This will allow us to narrow down any previous, current, or future water intrusion issues you may encounter and any instances of mold growth. From there, we will discuss our Indoor Air Quality Test that is performed and followed by those samples being shipped to an independent lab for testing. After receiving those results, we will review them with the customer and plan our course of action to re-mediate (if needed) any issue of mold, airborne spores, and/or moisture levels.
