- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer very competitive pricing. I do also offer membership programs for my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I typically like to setup an initial zoom call or introductory meeting so that we are familiar with each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NNA trained and certified as well as IRS certified for tax preparation.
