- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide quality service for reasonable pricing. Payment is due at the end of the first day’s work. Sydney’s Suds LLC does not accept checks for payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give the customer a quote, the customer approves the quote and we schedule service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have eight years of cleaning experience and we have systems that ensure that we can clean your property thoroughly and efficiently.
