What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend seminars with Baltimore City and surrounding counties for latest development in Rental laws and codes. Also with Fair Housing Laws. Presently enrolled to obtain certification in property management.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Answering a job ad for a Leasing Consultant and falling in Love with the Job.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Inspecting the property and making sure the rental pass all inspections and is up to code. Tenant Placement and Court Appearances.
