Gabriel was incredibly kind and empathetic to our families concern that we might have asbestos in our daughter’s nursery. Before the official report was delivered, he made it a point to call and let us know that we were in the clear in order to give us peace of mind and I really appreciate that extra effort.

Short version: I had a great experience with Gabriel and his crew from E&G Environmental and would hire him again. He was responsive, professional, and courteous.

Longer version: I reached out to Gabriel for an estimate on asbestos abatement during a holiday weekend (it was New Year's Eve), and he responded to me in less than an hour. He came over that Monday to check out the space and prepare the scope of work. He took the time to explain what he would do, giving me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I was very impressed that he suggested (without at all pressuring me) that the proposal and contract incorporate bringing in a third party to confirm, once he was done, that the ground and air were asbestos free. This demonstrated to me not only that he was confident in his work but also that he cares about completing the job correctly and doing right by his clients. I plan on being in this house for a long time, and hadn't thought about it, but he also pointed out that if and when I want to sell we'll have the documentation, from having the third party's report, that we did the remediation correctly. This was just in the utility room in my basement, a fairly small area, and they came by and completed the job that Wednesday. Even after the job was completed (and after I had already paid him) Gabriel took time to review the results of the third party's report with me and answer the questions I had about interpreting the technical information in it. A nice guy, very professional, and a pleasure to work with.
