- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All asphalt paving prices differ from job to job. Projects can range from $3.50-$4.00 per square foot, depending on the scope of work. Seal coating ranges from $0.30-$0.80 per square foot depending on material and scope of work. Any asphalt driveway under 1,000 square foot has a minimum charge. Anything over 1,000 square foot goes by square footage and price depends on scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to accommodate any request for the customer. If we are not able to perform said request, we will propose an alternative to save them money while still providing the proper work. We are willing to answer any sort of questions a customer may have.
