I was trying to get my empty 3 bedroom townhouse cleaned for renters. The wood floors on two levels needed to be cleaned well since workmen and painters had tracked in dirt. When villeda and his cleaning employee arrived I toured the house with them emphasizing that the floors on each level needed to be cleaned. They told me it would take 4 hours to clean the house. By the way, the refrigerator and stove and all kitchen cabinets had already been cleaned and they were told they did not need to clean those. When I returned after 4 hours the floors looked dirty and dusty and I told Villeda's employee she needed to do a better job. She claimed she was doing a good job with her swifter and some sort of cleaner. I ended up going to the store to purchase wood cleaner since what she was using wasn't working. When I got back from the store I showed her that by bending down and using a clean rag on the floor, along with the wood cleaner, the way the floor looked could be dramatically improved. She was having none of it...and said it would take too long to clean that way (by the way, it took me about 5 minutes to clean half of the living room floor this way. She couldn't and wouldn't be bothered to clean it that way. I am going to have to re-clean all the floors myself. I told her and her boss Jose Villeda that I was dissatisfied. When I hired them I specifically said the windows needed to be cleaned from the inside. All of the windows had not been cleaned when I inspected. The sliding glass doors to the balcony in particular were untouched. Altogether a rotten experience.

Susan, you were charged an amount from what you requested and told us. A two story house, no windows, no pets, and overal a light cleen for a house you needed to rent right away. When we met you never mentioned you wanted my workers to drag themselves on the floor through nasty floors. You pay for what you get. If you would have comunicated with myself and advised me that you wanted me to spend more time on your floors, the price would have been very different plus the added floor, and the window cleaning, the wipe down of your freezer/ refrigerator(inside). Trust me their was a communication error in both parts! And for that I subtracted 40 dollars from the total price. For all the work you needed i could have easily charged 400 dollars. Specially with the scrub down of the floors. I am really sorry this happened today. Villeda

We do it all. If our clients need us to do there laundry, refrigerator, stove, or even dishwasher. We will do it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice that I have for customers looking to hire a provider like my self is that they need to make sure they are hiring someone who is going to clean your house the way the provider would clean is own house.
