I was not totally happy with the service. I was looking for a more indepth look at my computer in terms of troubleshooting. The technician reset my Bios which has seemed to help. Also ran a diagnostic and a stress test which is passed. In the end, he didn't really come with any reasons the computer was acting up. And he didn't utilize anywhere the near 3 hours I booked for additional testing/evaluation. He seemed to be also juggling a primary remote job at the same time. Overall, the service wasn't especially useful or educational to me, although the machine seems to be behaving better after the reset.

Geeks on Site was great. I don't need them every month, but once in a while, something happens and they're very good on it. I had a computer virus and they're right there. They’ve done a good job and my computer is working a lot better now. If I have another problem, I'll call them again. They're a very good outfit and are very nice to work with.
