I sent my message out through thumbtack and George was one of the first to respond. I called him yesterday evening in a panic when my computer suddenly crashed. At first he was unable to fit me in until Saturday but after explaining that I was a college student and I had an assignment due Thursday night he adjusted his schedule to fit mine by allowing me to drop off my computer the very next morning before work and called me in the afternoon when it was finished. He went above and beyond to ensure my computer was back working, all files were saved, and my security software was up to date. When I picked up my computer he took the time to show me what he did and go over some new features. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and a more courteous person! I HIGHLY recommend his services, his rates are reasonable and you can tell he has a passion for his job! Thanks again!!!
