Steve and Robert were great! They were able to unclog one toilet and install another toilet all under 1 hour. Steve's care for the customer, and professionalism and knowledge in plumbing is truly reflected in the quality work that he does for his customers! Additionally, they showed up early and answered all of my questions throughout the process. I genuinely appreciate this company especially after dealing with my home warranty insurance company twice and not having any luck with unclogging the toilet or repairing/replacing the flange and flap, and extended wait and appointment times, then stating that it's not a covered service. This company has a gained a repeat customer!

The Drain Cleaner responded immediately to my request for service and scheduled the appointment quickly. He also called to inform me he would be late, which I appreciated. My toilet issue was diagnosed, repaired and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again for plumbing issues; if needed. I highly recommend this company.

We were having problems for the past couple days with our toilet gurgling and out tub filling up with water. I contacted Steve and he replied back right away. I discovered some water in the basement and the Drain Cleaners were able to schedule an appointment right away. They texted when they were on their way and arrived right on time. He was able to diagnose the issue almost immediately and repair it the same day. They also took care of some lingering plumbing issues for me and everything cost less than what Rotorooter had previously quoted me for a simple drain snake. Wouldn't hesitate to call Drain Cleaners again for any other plumbing issues.
