- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the customer, find out what type of problem and whether it is an emergency or not, if emergency or same day service is not needed then we schedule a service appointment and we can also provide the customer with a free phone estimate if requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed expert with WSSC in Sewer & Drain Cleaning, also have all types and sizes of drain cleaning equipment.
