I contacted Nehemias Jimenez through Thumbtack yesterday. He came out within a few hours and provided a quote and then came back this morning and removed the shed. He and his workers did an excellent job in freezing temperatures! We will definitely hire them again when we need other work to be completed. His prices are exceptional!

Update: Mr. Jimenez contacted me after my initial review to apologize and offered to install the faucet. However, I had already hired another vendor, so he refunded the cost of the incomplete repair. Before the service, I received an estimate for all requested repairs. I understood when the fence required extra materials and paid the difference. That and the door seal were completed. I was quoted \$30 for a faucet repair, but later told it couldn’t be fixed and needed replacement. Despite no repair being done, I was charged for the attempt. We agreed I’d buy a new faucet and it would be installed at no extra cost. I notified him once I had it, but never received an install date and now need to pay someone else. Lesson learned: don’t pay until all agreed work is completed.
