I didn’t have very high expectations from any contractor off of Thumbtack. But boy I was wrong when it came to F&B Electric guys. First of all they were responsive to my online places request, were prompt. They figured out why my electric in half of the house wouldn’t work. I would have never guessed that the issue was not in the box but in one of the electric receptacles! They spent time to try to figure the reason out. They also installed video camera above garage on the stone exterior. Extremely clean job. Moreover they installed motion sensor lights. There was a hiccup with proper location: they didn’t ask me about the location and drilled a little higher to my preference/ I was afraid that 12-13 ft above ground for outdoor motion lights will not work. Delving and his guys were extremely respectful and didn’t make a scene, no silent treatment as one would usually expect from unhappy contractor. Erik and another guy worked in unison and didn’t slack but were very focused on the task. I was afraid that there will be a sign of electric wire installation- these guys were such a clean and perfect job!!!!! They came with a their equipment, guys even clean/ swiped after themselves. I usually would do it myself but since I was busy- I greatly appreciate the professionalism and thoughtfulness. These guys: Selvin and his team member, Erik and his team member they were one of the best experiences I’ve had in terms of contractors! Most Definitely will wholeheartedly recommend to anyone and everyone!
