Selvin did a great job fixing an issue that we’ve needed corrected for a while now. Very responsive, punctual, hard working, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Monday morning new washer and dryer arrive. Can’t install because I don’t have the correct outlet (needed 4 wire 220v outlet, I had 3 wire). I go looking for an electrician to do the job, F&B responded first. After reviewing my situation he quoted me a reasonable quote and told me my panel was full but could still just do what I requested. After talking with my husband, we decided a panel upgrade would be in the best interest of this 45 year old house we will probably sell in the next 5 years. We agreed on a price and was very pleased that he could start the next morning. In the meantime, 2 other contractors responded, said my panel was fine but could do the job for almost double the price and could get the job done in a week. They both specifically said the would put holes in my wall (I expected that) but they don’t do drywall. They should get someone to work with them in my opinion. Back to F&B…they arrived when they said they would, had the permit, explained the job, got wires pulled and then shut off the power. In just a couple of hours power was back on, walls were FINISHED, all cleaned up! This was, without a doubt, the best experience with any contractor I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend F&B for any electrical service you made need.
