We hired Frontline to do an initial service when we bought our new home. Since then, we have continued to use Frontline as our pest professionals because they provide quality service. Team members are quick to arrive and they stand behind their work. Would strongly recommend for anyone looking for an inexpensive and high quality exterminator.

The exterminator that came to my house was nice and help a bit identifying potential entry points for the bugs; never the less he didn't do a thorough work and avoid going to the patio where I have now learned was the main source of the infestation. Also, communication with the central office was unclear and they pull back an offer I have in writing from their first contact from thumbtack. In the end the exterminator convinced them that the problem was no big and they end up honoring what they have written in the email (and I was reading to them!).

I just wanted a one time treatment and not a whole quarterly plan. They were nice enough to tell me about a groupon promotion they were having and it worked out great. The were even 15 minutes early to the appointment time.

The service was requested for both outside and inside. The technician never came inside and I’m not even sure if he came at all. There was no paperwork left to indicate that he serviced the outside. Since I already paid they will send another technician out to complete the work. They also gave me a $20 credit towards my next service. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the inconvenience of taking off from work twice in the same week!

Excellent customer service and was extremely great at putting me at ease with the work to be completed.
