I think this designer is a capable designer and she tried to complete the job well, but her limited client engagement experience came through in the end. I wouldn't say she's horrible, she's not. But for me, there was a communication flaw about a graphic she designed and she did not relay her terms of payment upfront. She submitted an invoice to me and asked me to pay it 3 times within 24 hours. I explained that I had every intention of paying it, I'm just a busy business owner and needed a minute!

Multiple communication problems with Tara. She seemed pleased with the finished product but ignored all emails regarding payment for over a week.

My standard fee is $25 an hour which I invoice to the client after we are completed.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. I also have over three years professional experience working as a designer at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield.
