To ensure accurate pricing and proper preparation, customers are required to provide job details and clear photos before the appointment. This allows me to bring the right materials and complete the work efficiently. While on-site, I’m happy to take care of small, quick fixes that don’t take extra time—such as tightening loose screws or applying a small amount of silicone—often at no additional charge. Clean, professional work with fast response times and attention to detail. No major plumbing, no major electrical work, and no wall opening. Your satisfaction is my priority. I also provide light welding services using MIG (gas) and stick (electrode) welding for small metal repairs such as iron fences, gates, and similar minor fixes. Due to not being fully familiar with local company insurance requirements, laws, and standards, I do not take on large roofing projects or high-risk work.
