- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
**My typical process for working with a new customer is as follows:** 1. **Initial Consultation:** I start by having an initial consultation with the customer to discuss their needs and goals for the project. This consultation can be done in person, over the phone, or via video conference. During this consultation, I ask the customer questions to help me understand their vision for the project and to gather information about their specific requirements. 2. **Proposal:** After the initial consultation, I develop a proposal that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and cost of the project. I present the proposal to the customer and answer any questions they may have. 3. **Contract:** Once the customer has approved the proposal, we enter into a contract that outlines the terms of the project. The contract includes the scope of work, timeline, cost, and payment terms. 4. **Project Planning:** Once the contract is in place, I begin planning the project. This includes creating a detailed work plan, assembling a team of subcontractors (if necessary), and ordering materials. 5. **Project Execution:** I execute the project according to the work plan. I keep the customer updated on the progress of the project and make any necessary adjustments along the way. 6. **Project Completion:** Once the project is complete, I conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the work. I also provide the customer with any necessary documentation, such as warranties or maintenance instructions. 7. **Follow-Up:** After the project is complete, I follow up with the customer to ensure that they are still satisfied with the work and to answer any questions they may have.
