What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s lock or security issue and gathering the necessary details. I inspect the door, lock, or hardware, explain the available repair or replacement options, and provide pricing before beginning work. Once approved, I complete the service professionally, test everything to ensure it is working properly, and make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have approximately 10 years of hands-on locksmith experience working with residential and commercial locks and door hardware. My experience includes lock installation and repair, rekeying, lockouts, mortise locks, panic hardware, door closers, access control hardware, and troubleshooting various locking systems. I continue to expand my knowledge through hands-on field experience and product-specific training.
