Kyle made this experience such a breeze! After a terrible contract with Terminix, he came and saved me with a better service overall. His team restored my attic and brought my home to code! Super grateful for my new bathroom fans and the air quality in my home has improved in a day. I will be in touch for future renovations! I had less than 3% insulation with a squirrel infestation. They sealed it up and added all new insulation and soffits. Strongly recommend.

Smart Energy Pros were awesome. I found them on the BGE Home Performance Audit website and contacted owner Kyle for a Home Audit to get my entire home insulated and crawl space sealed. Kyle's crew, along with the subcontract crews they use, did a wonderful job. Kyle is very clearly passionate about his work. After insulating my home the comfort is noticeably improved, the temperature difference from downstairs to upstairs is now only a degree or two. Due to the unique way my HVAC ductwork was run, they accidentally blew insulation into my HVAC return ducting. Kyle and crew came back multiple times to make everything right, including more unforeseen surprises. They cleaned my entire HVAC ductwork and completely replaced the relevant ducting. Smart Energy Pros went above and beyond and I recommend them without question. Excellent service and wonderful people.

Working with Smart Energy Pros was a gift that keeps on giving. It was a standout experience from beginning to end (especially the energy savings!) Kyle and his crew brought a a professionalism and care thats rare to find in my previous experiences. Due to our home being so old, air pours in from the attic and was costing us ridiculous amounts of money to maintain temperatures in the summer and winter. They replaced the insulation seamlessly and took a big stress off of our shoulders.But what really stood out was their genuine dedication to just doing things the right way. My husband worked in carpentry for over 20 years and is often skeptical of the end products when we hire contractors. However, we were incredibly impressed with the speed and quality of the work (again, and the savings!) After many complications over the years with contractors price-gauging, cutting corners, or taking too long, we wish we stumbled across Smart Energy Pros ages ago!
