I specialize in pets that most groomers cannot safely handle:

I also work with cats and small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets), using a low-stress, medically aware approach tailored to fragile and sensitive species.

These cases come first. If I have availability beyond that, I may accept well-behaved pets—but my priority will always be the ones who truly need specialized, compassionate care.

• 72–24 hour cancellation: 50% of services booked
• Same-day cancellation: 75%
• No-show or if I’ve already left: 100%
• Credit card required on file
• Up-to-date rabies vaccination required (dogs & cats)
• Grooming will be stopped if your pet shows stress, pain, or medical concern
• Cases requiring sedation will be referred to a veterinarian
