- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is the best pricing we don't come in High and then take a large amount off to get you to sign that day. We believe in treating customers as our family. We also believe in no Haggling on pricing. We give you our best from the start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet for a No Hassle Free Estimate, We will measure windows, find out what customer is looking for and then go back to office and Maddie in office will send you a Proposal/Contract and you can sign right from that email and place deposit we don't believe in going back and forth we give you the best price and warranty for workmanship on the market.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Installers have been trained by our Owner William K Fore Sr. who has been doing this for 40 plus years now and he has trained the Gentleman right out of high school. We are a Small Family Owned Company and everyone has a stake in our Company so the training is important to be hands on along with the Owners.
