Extremely disappointed with this company. They didn’t show up on the agreed appointment day, even though I stayed home specifically for them. They later reached out to reschedule but never followed up after they did they would. Let me know.
This level of unreliability is unacceptable. Wasting a customer’s time twice and offering excuses instead of solutions shows a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable service.
