- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job has its different issues that factor into our pricing. That why it is important for us to visually see each job before providing a price to ensure we are giving an accurate estimate and there are no misunderstandings in price or service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will make contact within 24hrs of a request for an estimate. We will to attempt to arrange a time that is convenient for an in person estimate. We will also to look at project on our own if schedules do not allow for an in person meeting. We will provide a detailed written estimate for work to be provide within 24- 48hrs of meeting. All State Paving is more than reachable via email or phone to discuss any questions comments or concerns with estimate. Upon approval of estimate we require a signed proposal to start any work. Being that our type of service is seasonal our schedule and lead time to complete your work may vary.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with my father on Summer school breaks.
