Was very responsive and came same day. Was clear with pricing on the service call and gave me the pricing right before he started the work (upfront pricing transparency has been an issue for me with other plumbers on thumb tack even for those with high star reviews, so really appreciate how they were direct and paused to ensure the price was aligned). The work was for a clogged drain. The drain was fixed but a larger problem with roots growing into the pipes was found. The plumber let us know how to contact the county about getting the pipe replaced.

Sam came right on time for an estimate and went above and beyond. His pricing was very competitive. I had a clogged drain in my shower and the water temperature wasn’t working properly in my other shower. He unclogged the shower and fixed the water temperature in my other shower. He took extra time to go buy a part that may have been needed but in the end it wasn’t. His honestly and thorough work was greatly appreciated. I will be referring Sam to all my friends.
