Vanessa was very kind and compassionate, and took the time to listen and understand my situation. She then gave me very practical advice, which helped alleviate my anxiety during a very difficult time. Her advice helped me to understand what options I have. In no way did she attempt to sway my decisions or pressure me to hire her to represent me, which I will not hesitate to do if and when it is necessary.
