yland did an outstanding job mounting my 75-inch TV and installing an electrical outlet behind it so there are absolutely no visible cords. The setup looks incredibly clean and professional — exactly what I was hoping for.
He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was perfectly aligned and secure. Beyond that, he was very nice, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
I’m beyond satisfied with the quality of his work and will definitely be using him for all of my future projects. Highly recommend!

The man is very kind and has the patience of Job. He completed the erection of a metal shed beneath my deck. For physical reasons I needed help. The job was meticulous, and watching him tackle every frustrating challenge building the shed, I know I would have lost it and damned the project to Hades. Instead, he calmly worked his way out of it and got the shed built perfectly. His price was very reasonable. So reasonable that I tipped him big. The whole experience was refreshing and very satisfying. You’ll be “likin’” Lyken if you hire him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it takes me about 2 hours or less to assemble an average size furniture. my going rates cover those 2 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally take off my shoes going into peoples homes. its a habit of mine. Especially if they have fresh carpet and clean floors.
I would just ask what work needs to be done and then get right to it. when completing projects, sometimes small favors are asked and often times, I have no problem doing them
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've studied blueprint reading, I have been a professional machinist for 15 years, so precision has been a major part of my professional career.
