Marcus is very professional and easy to work with. He takes interest in the flooring projects you wish to undertake. Marcus and his team did an excellent job installing new wood floors throughout our condo. We had an incident with a fire sprinkler that ruined our wood floors. When Marcus arrived, he was not only flexible with timing, but he also brought several sets of floor samples for us to look through. It was incredibly helpful to see the floor samples against our existing wood, as we wanted as close a match as possible. He happened to have the wood we wanted readily available, and he was eager to schedule the repairs when we were. On the day of repairs, the crew of 2 that arrived were extremely professional and kind to us. They understood the nuances of our condo and worked around all our big ticket furniture to repair the floors. They completed it all in 2 days. It was a wonderful experience, and the professionalism and communication with us throughout the project was unmatched. I would definitely recommend American Made Flooring for your next floor install/repair. We will certainly be using them again, should we need new floors in the future!
