Hi! I’m Beenish “Ms. B” Rukh, owner of Busy Bee Tutoring & Enrichment. 🐝 I’m a Certified Maryland Teacher with over 13 years of experience in education and hold master’s degrees in Teaching and Special Education. My experience includes general and special education, behavior support, and my current work as a Math Resource Specialist.
I provide personalized tutoring and enrichment for elementary students in grades K–5, with support in reading, phonics, fluency, comprehension, writing, and math. I also have experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including students with IEPs and students who benefit from additional structure, visuals, hands-on learning, repetition, movement, and individualized support.
My goal is to meet each child where they are while helping them strengthen foundational skills, build confidence, close learning gaps, and continue growing academically. Sessions are engaging and tailored to each student's strengths, needs, learning style, and goals—not a one-size-fits-all tutoring program.
