Although I wasn't able to hear her speak at the ceremony, her value as a speaker is notable by simply being in her presence, She had great question for the team during the lunch in. To be honest , I met Ms. .Tressa for the first time, and did not have enough information about her to provide feedback .However, She had good communication skills and motivation to know about the DC LEAD program mission ,and the Staff individual goal which, indicates her motivation and interest to support the DC LEAD program .
