Service provided by Ricardo G. Of Clarkesville Heating and Air was excellent. First time using this company, they seemed to care about me and my family not having air; because they serviced me same day I called them. Ricardo was friendly, polite, professional, and personable. He assessed my situation and advised me of the issue and how to resolve it. I agreed and he had my air back in service in less than 10 minutes. The company I had a service agreement with told me on Sunday, that they could have someone out on THURSDAY!! Thank you Clarkesville Heating and Plumbing. Thanks Michael and Sons for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Clarkesville Heating and Plumbing you are the BEST!!

I received a HVAC Tune Up from Clarksville Heating and Air. My technician James was really great! My first impression of James started off great because he was being friendly and put on shoe covers without me asking before fully walking in! Many service people dont do it much these days so that was a huge thumbs up for me. Next, he was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what he was doing and providing some best practices / tips to help me experience the best from my HVAC system and Smart thermostat. I really recommend using them!

Had a great experience with Grant, they were able to come out same day and identified some easy fixes to bring our 23 year old AC unit back to efficient operations. Highly recommend!

Grant and James did a great job. They were professional and communicated clearly what work was performed and allowed and asked me if I had any questions at the end. We were pleased that they were able to fix our issue. We would highly recommend Clarksville Heating & Air for your HVAC repairs. We also use them for our quarterly preventive maintenance and recommend them for that as well.
