- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for tenant placement is determined by the set price of the Rent. Example: If rent is $1000 then the fee to place the tenant will be $1000 after lease signing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we establish DPM is a good fit, we will come to the property to view it and discuss the customers expectation. After DPM will take stage the home(fees apply) if need be, take pictures and market for a tenant. Once the tenant is found we get the lease signed and complete the agreement, if after finding the tenant and you would like us to maintain your property DPM offers Property management services such as rent collection, inspections, and general customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the property management business for a decade, I am certified CPO, I have experience in Section 8, Convectional housing, and Tax credit properties. 2019 I established DPM to service customers whit integrity providing a property management that you can trust and that has your best interest at heart first before anything else.
