- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing listed is an estimation of your onboarding cost. Our Property Management service is customized and include an onboarding fee specific to your home and case + a commission based percentage. 10%-15% for Short Term rentals 8% for Long Term rentals
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an inquiry is made, we will set up a consultation to understand your needs, after the consultation we will create a proposal within a week. We will then meet to review that proposal ( If needed ) and after the approval of the proposal, contract and onboarding fee invoice will be sent to you. It takes up on average 30 days to fully onboard a new home.
