- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work. TV mounting prices vary depending on TV size, mount type (fixed, tilt, or full-motion), wall material, and whether electrical or wire-concealment work is needed. Basic mounting starts at a flat rate, and any add-ons (such as installing or relocating an outlet, in-wall wire concealment, or drywall repair) are quoted upfront before work begins. There are no surprise fees. Discounts may be available for multiple TVs or repeat customers. All quotes include professional installation, proper leveling, and cleanup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple and stress-free. First, we gather a few details about your TV size, wall type, mount style, and whether any electrical or wire-concealment work is needed. Based on that, we provide an upfront quote. Once approved, we schedule a convenient installation time. When we arrive, we confirm placement with you, protect the work area, and complete the installation professionally and to code. Before leaving, we make sure everything is secure, level, and working properly, and we clean up the area.

We have hands-on technical training and extensive field experience in TV mounting and low-voltage installation. Our background includes proper stud location, load-rated mounting, in-wall wire concealment, and safe electrical practices.
