- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on having the best pricing in the industry with high quality craftsmanship. We pass savings to the customer. We charge $75 to mount your TV whether it's a 55" or 75". Of course the mount needed and other work needed is additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is pretty simple, tell us where you want it and how you want your setup to look at completion and it's done. We've seen and done it all to be able to offer advice if needed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have a background in home remodeling and or electronics.
