Our full service technology firm handles computer hardware repairs, software repairs and upgrades, and virus removal. As an Authorized Service Provider for most major computer manufacturers we can usually provide repairs under your manufacturers computer warranty. We also have a sales and networking division for your more robust technology needs. We recognize how stressful computer problems can be, and make it our mission to make computer repair as easy and low-stress as possible. We have worked with DSR for over 20 years. They have tremendous experience shipping overseas to developing countries and we rely heavily on them for a large portion of the equipment we order. One of the reasons we gravitate towards DSR is that they service all the laptops, tablets, computers, and peripherals we order from them. Most of the work we conduct is done on tablets now. For our purposes, we order at least 100 or more units at a time. Even though we order extra units, sometimes they get dropped or something else goes wrong. Our staff brings these units back and if they qualify for warranty repair, DSR will quickly fix and get back to us. If not under warranty, repairs are reasonable and done correctly. DSR has been a reliable resource for us and we truly value all that they provide.

    In-Warrnaty Repair for HP, Lenovo, Toshiba Tecra and Portege models, Fujitsu, Asus and Apple is preformed at no-charge. OUT OF WARRANTY rates: Diagnostics Fee $75 (fee is waived when estimate for parts/labor is authorized) Labor Rate for Out of Warranty Hardware Repairs $120 (flat rate) plus applicable parts While You Wait Service $75 plus any applicable labor/parts charges (Your computer will be diagnosed and if the required parts are in stock or if it is a software related issue then we will fix your computer while you wait) Software Related Repairs $100 per hour with a 30 minute minimum charge Hard Drive Data Transfer $50 minimum (based on amount of data transferred) Click to learn more about hard drive data transfer Hard Drive Backup to CD or DVD $100 CD up to 750MB Each Additional CD’s $20 $150 DVD

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We preform a detailed diagnostic test of your computer within 24 hours and will contact you with a comprehensive estimate. After you approve the estimate parts will be ordered for your machine and it will be repaired. Turn around for the whole process is typically 3-5 business days.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our technicians certify annually with HP, Lenovo, Apple, Dell, Toshiba, Fujitsu, and Asus to repair their machines.
