We provide clear upfront hourly pricing with no long term contracts. Most training sessions are one to two hours. We focus on solving the issue efficiently rather than extending time. There are no hidden fees and no pressure to purchase additional services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief conversation to understand the goal and current setup. During the session, we work hands on, step by step, at your pace. We explain what we are doing and why. Before leaving, we review what was covered and make sure you are comfortable repeating the steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive hands on experience supporting Windows and Apple devices, home networks, cloud services, streaming platforms, and modern tools like ChatGPT and Copilot. Our focus is practical real world use, not theory. We stay current with updates and security best practices.
