- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing and estimates are exactly what I charge. A lot of detailers will tack on fees based on condition or other factors. When I say it’s $250 there’s no hidden charges or fees. It also includes my mobile fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, we confirm your vehicle type, location, and desired service. You’ll get a quote and booking link—your appointment is locked in once the deposit’s paid. Before we arrive, please clear personal items and park in an accessible area. On-site, we inspect the vehicle, confirm the service, and get to work using pro-grade products and techniques. After the detail, we do a final walkthrough, collect payment, and send you a thank-you with care tips and future offers.

EZ Clean Detailing brings over 20 years of professional detailing experience backed by IDA (International Detailing Association) membership, certified training, and advanced product education from brands like P&S and Koch Chemie. Every service reflects proven, real-world expertise—not just theory.
