We provide transparent pricing and present our best offer right from the start. We prefer to avoid the back-and-forth of negotiation, believing instead that our initial prices already reflect the best value available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our project process begins with a thorough inspection to gather essential details. This initial assessment typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes, during which we primarily examine the roof, attic, and gutters. The remaining time is dedicated to discussing your specific needs and preferences, enabling us to design the optimal solution tailored to your requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over six years of experience in the roofing industry, we have worked extensively throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and even spent some time in Florida, where we rebuilt roofs following hurricanes. This experience has familiarized us with the strictest building codes and processes in the U.S., as well as exposed us to various roofing types, including metal and tile roofs. In contrast, many contractors in Maryland primarily focus on shingle roofs.
