I’m so blessed to of have found Bug Ninja! We were using orkin and nothing worked. We were so discouraged, however big ninja came in and worked miracles. He let us watch his whole process, he close entry ways, put traps and sprayed the whole house. My staff hasn’t complained about mice in months. I’m looking forward to doing more work with him at other properties! Great service, amazing customer service and great pricing!

Brandon from Bug Ninjas was incredibly professional & arrived on time each time we had an appointment. I had reached out to a handful of other professionals & was disappointed when I was ghosted by one & didn't hear back from another. Brandon was incredibly responsive and thorough. We were overwhelmed with a rodent problem in our rental, and Brandon made an appt for us the next day - even driving after a major snow storm to get to our house. He then quickly identified the problem and implemented effective measures to resolve it. We are so grateful for The Bug Ninja. He’s the best in the game - and a very nice guy!

I had an issue with mice. Brandon was the third exterminator I’d hired. However, he’s the first one to spend time identifying entry points. He provided explanations and troubleshooting for my issues. He even returned days after the service to cover exterior entry points.
