- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Aside from troubleshooting, I prefer to give my customers a fixed price or estimate up front so the customer has an idea of what the cost will be ahead of time. Submitting quotes on a site such as this one makes that difficult due to the lack of information present at the time & little time to gain that info before it's too late.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To stay up to date on current codes & technology it is imperative to continue education.
