FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive with other reputable professionals in the industry: transparent, straightforward, and with no hidden fees. One important thing to understand about the power washing industry is that it is largely unregulated. This means many individuals may advertise themselves as “professionals” while offering extremely low prices without the proper experience, insurance, or commercial-grade equipment. We strongly encourage customers to use caution when comparing quotes. If a price seems too good to be true, it often is. While we always encourage quote shopping, we also encourage doing your research. Whether you choose our company or another, we highly recommend hiring a properly insured and experienced professional to protect your property and ensure the job is done correctly. We occasionally offer seasonal promotions and discounts, so be sure to follow us for updates. We also offer referral rewards year-round — contact us for more information. No Accessibility / Obstruction Policy: Customer is responsible for ensuring all areas to be serviced are safely accessible at the time of service. If our technicians are unable to access the property or specific service areas due to locked gates, vehicles, furniture, debris, animals, construction materials, or any other obstruction, a minimum service charge of $199 will apply. Additional charges may be incurred if our team is required to move items or clear access to complete the work. Any obstructed or inaccessible areas may be excluded from service at our discretion and will still be subject to the agreed service charges. Cancellation/Rebooking Fee: Cancellation of any in person estimate, appointments, or job bookings within 24 hours before they are scheduled to take place will be subjected to a $50 rebooking/cancellation fee. Please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours or more in advance. If weather is a factor, this will be automatically waived. Thank you.
