Brian came to our home and a maintenance check on AC. He was on time he was very knowledgeable and he answered every question that we needed and we had a lot. He explained what we needed to look into as far as getting a new HVAC system, and he was very detailed on helping us We recommend his services. Thank you so much Brian will be in touch.
Brian was a pleasure to work with. He has a fixed price of $120 for regular maintenance and did a thorough inspection of all our units. I also asked him plans to upgrade and he made the extra effort to come up with a plan and pricing options. He was very professional and didn't push unnecessarily. Will definitely call him again for future work.
Bryan was absolutely excellent from start to finish. He clearly knows what he is doing and he did a great job explaining his troubleshooting process. He repaired our challenging HVAC issue and installed a new thermostat for us as well. We are truly grateful for his expertise. We highly recommend him, this was an easy 5 stars!

Brian took the time to thoroughly investigate my heating issue. In addition he explained the issue clearly, answered all of my questions, and offered several solutions. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $90 diagnostic fee plus cost of repairs. The diagnostic fee is to find out what the problem is so we can then find out what the solution to fix the problem will be.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get as much information as possible from the new client about the problem they are calling about. Then all we need is the address of the location you are calling about and a good contact number to set your appointment. Our goal is to fix your hvac system as efficiently as possible.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A special project our team was able to recently complete was the installation of an entirely new HVAC set up for a church. The building was only using window AC units and electric baseboard heaters. We were able to do a load calculation to properly size the unit needed to cool and heat the space. Went over options with customer and went with the best fit for their needs/budget. After installation we made sure customer was satisfied with the new equipment and aware how to control it. The project was completed in a few days.
