J.B. Electric came through for me! First of all, they came 20 minutes early to the appointment which I appreciated because I actually had a call at the same time as the originally scheduled appointment. They were able to finish the job in about two hours or less. They were super professional! They covered every part of my kitchen and asked me how I wanted everything during the process even down to what shade of light and how bright I wanted them to be. He purchased the lights in advance as well which was a HUGE help because I didn’t know what to get. He even worked around the bowing in my ceiling and pointed out what to tell my future contractor. Loved this team and thank you so much for all your work!

This company is fantastic. JB is reasonably priced and I’m convinced they can repair just about anything in addition to installing just about anything. They are fast, efficient and most importantly, honest. I had an urgent need to hook my hot tub back up and while they were here, I requested that they repair the corroded ground wire on my pool pump. However, JB showed me that the ground wire was inside a conduit and not corroded at all. Other companies would have replaced it and given me a bill. While hooking up the hot tub, they noticed that the ozone generator was broken so I ordered a new one and had them install it. The contractor fixing the pool (I wish I had known JB could do that too!) had problems with an outside electrical outlet and had JB test it. It was good. However, I had JB replace it just to be sure. We think the electrical cord was the problem. JB gets A+ for honesty. Other things they have done, got the front door handle to work from the outside, fixed 2 bedroom doors, fixed a shelf in a closet which had collapsed, replaced the caulking around my bathtub, and fixed my shower door. I have them scheduled to replace my 80 gal water heater with a hybrid (has heat pump) and I’m sure that project will go smoothly. I am making a list of projects for them and I’m not even going to get competing quotes, I’m that confident in their pricing and abilities. Update: The water heater went smoothly from a JB perspective but I will NEVER buy another RHEEM product again. First, Rheem Tech Support DOES NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS!!! That in itself is enough reason to never buy a Rheem. DO NOT buy the Leak Detection System!!! It is a total disaster. I have had at least one false alarm every day for over a week. After an alarm, the system shuts down and must be manually reset. Rheem tells me once the sensor gets wet it can take a week to dry out!!! If I still get the alarm on Monday, I will send it back as defective. Rick Dunbar
