FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the actual scope of the project. Prices may vary depending on labor, materials, project complexity, accessibility, and the time required to complete the work properly. I provide an estimate before starting so customers understand what is included. For larger projects or customers who bundle several services together, I may be able to offer package pricing. Any additional work discovered during the project is discussed with the customer before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to the customer and understanding exactly what they need. I usually ask for photos, measurements, a description of the problem, and any other important information about the project. When necessary, I schedule an on-site visit to inspect the work and provide a more accurate estimate. Once the price and scope are approved, I schedule the job, arrive prepared with the proper tools and materials, complete the work safely and professionally, and review the finished project with the customer before leaving. Communication, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction are very important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, construction-related work, and facility operations. My experience includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliance installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general home improvement. I have also completed electrical and plumbing training and have experience with OSHA safety practices, building maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical equipment, and preventive maintenance. I continuously improve my technical knowledge and stay focused on safe, professional work practices.
