Wow, wow! There simply aren’t enough good things I can say about Happyman. He is thorough, patient, easy to work with, creative, and willing to improvise when needed. I had an extremely difficult time finding a reliable lawn maintenance professional who was willing to tackle our property the right way. Our landscaping includes decorative stone areas that were poorly installed years ago and constantly become overrun with weeds. It’s a very tedious, labor-intensive job if you want it done properly, and he never cut corners. He patiently removed the weeds, paid close attention to detail, and even applied weed treatment to help prevent future growth. He also did an excellent job shaping several of our shrubs, leaving the entire yard looking neat and professionally maintained. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with both the quality of his work and his professionalism. We plan to use him on a regular basis and have already referred him to several friends and neighbors. I also intend to hire him for work at my other properties throughout the DMV area. In all honesty, I wouldn’t be surprised if his schedule fills up quickly. If you have the opportunity to hire him, consider yourself fortunate. His outstanding workmanship is matched by an excellent attitude and a great personality.
