Fredy came to our home to provide estimates for a new AC system. He was quick to answer my questions at that time but also answered additional questions via email.Carlos repaired our AC. I had to make one last effort to verify that there was no more life in the current system before a full replacement. It was! Carlos fixed the issue and provided me details about the issue.I would definitely recommend SPECS and will use them again in the future. Laura, scheduler, was delightful too. What a great team!

My A/C was out during a heat wave. Called in the morning. They have a technician out at 12:45 the same day. Carlos from SPEC was professional, friendly, and upfront about everything. He was fast and efficient and solved the problem. Pricing was transparent. I would hire them again for all my HVAC needs.

Specs was AMAZING!! They were easy to book a call, they explained exactly what they were coming to do. When the tech Jermaine came, he let me know when he was on his way. He was polite and respectful upon meeting me. He placed booties on when he came in the house. He explained once again what he was doing, asked me questions and did a very thorough job. He took pictures of his work and left the job cleaner than when he arrived. The office was easy to talk to and when the service was done, I was sent an email with the invoice and pictures of work completed.I would recommend this company to anyone who needs hvac work done. They will always have my business. Thank you you SPECS for giving my family the peace of mind we were looking for and giving us comfort back in our home!!
