Good Experience, Transparent Pricing, and the Quality I asked for!
I hired Wow Your Closet for a reach-in bedroom closet remodel to maximize my space, remove old framing walls/header, and install custom shelving, a hanging rod, and built-in drawers. I am very happy with the final result!
Design and Booking: The same day I inquired, Olivia Jones came to my home for a 90-minute consultation. She took precise measurements, consulted with the builder, provided 3D renderings, and walked me through clear steps. They offer fixed-contract pricing, which I so appreciate (no surprise costs midway through the job)!
Ordering and Wait Time: The contract estimated about 6 weeks from signing to completion. I did have to follow up with a few phone calls around week 6 to check on the parts status, which pushed the actual completion back by a couple of weeks. However, once the parts arrived, the team scheduled us right away.
Execution: The job was estimated for 2 consecutive days, and the crew arrived right on time each day between 8:30–9:30 AM, wrapping up before 4:00 PM.
Installation and Craftsmanship - Our installers, Victor and Dustin, were really great. They protected our floors with drop cloths, set up plastic barriers to contain dust, and kept noise enclosed. They communicated clearly and seamlessly solved tricky structural surprises (un-level walls, floor patching, and trim extension). On day one, Ricki stopped by to inspect the demo work for quality control.
Why I Highly Recommend Wow Your Closet: They delivered on my vision. My new closet is clean, optimized, and - although they had choices for higher end finishes, they did the quality of finish and sturdiness I asked for. the crew was punctual, communicative, and finished strictly within the 2-day window. The price agreed upon at signing was the exact final price.

Much better value than lowes/ home depot. My closet designer robin was excellent i could tell she was very experienced in helping me with 2 small closets in a condo and shelving to replace the ugly wire racks previously there. Extremely satisfied in how we maximized the space.
