I had a problem with my laptop after an update happened to it. I reached out on the app and she responded quickly. We discussed the issues I was seeing and we agreed to a price. Next morning she came and picked it up. She brought it back next day. My laptop is working great now. She is very courteous, knowledgeable, reliable and the price was very reasonable. Great experience!

The experience with Zoni Solutions was such a smooth and stress free process. I actually took longer to pick up my serviced items than the time of service took. I was having issues with a couple of laptops I havent used in years do to the frustration of it all. They lagged heavily which Im sure was due to virus protection. In the process, Zoni Solutions provided an invoice that outlined all actions performed, how to keep up maintenance, and other suggested items after review. Service was prompt and there was always an open line of communication. I would certainly send all referrals in this direction and all of my electronics will be in the care of Zoni Solutions. The customer service and expertise was perfect.
