Marlon from Climate Control Systems was prompt, timely, gave me all the information and very efficient for our AC tune up appointment. He patiently answered all my questions and recommended a couple of things to extend the longevity of our AC. I intend to work them again and highly recommend them!

I am giving this review a 5 star base on the tech Quenard who came and repaired the problem the 2nd time.The initial tech came out to my residence to diagnose the issue (Havc). I was under the impression that he would provide his home base with the actual problem as well as what was require To fix the problem. When the tech came out later that week to attempt to repair the problem; he was unable to repair problem for there were severally issues that was not addressed on his work order. To make a long story short with the aid of my home warranty and Climate main office representative (Ms Addison). The tech Quenard arrived and he was very professional and knew his job. I would like to express and give tech Quenard a gratitude and a high recommendation for his professionalism, as well as knowledge as to what needed to be done. He walked me through each step and did not hesitate to answer my questions.
